Can we use VaporRemed on clothes spilled with heating oil

VaporRemed has been used by a home owner to clean favorite pair of jeans affected by the heating oil spill. He sprayed with VaporRemed on his jeans and as advised by us machine washed using normal washing cycles and the jeans were usable once again. It is necessary to see that teh clothes are not dripping of heating oil or excess oil should be drained off before spraying VaporRemed. Another customer was going directly to a party from his work place and found his winter jacket smelling strongly of heating oil. He had VaporRemed with him that he sprayed on the jacket and by the time he reached for the party the heating oil odor was gone.
